Making it Easy to Manage Your Finances

It's a quick and easy way to ensure your funds are right where you want them to be - when you want them to be there. There's no waiting to find out if a cheque was cashed, or whether you remembered to pay a bill. Managing your finances and tracking account activity has never been easier.

  • Save time. When you check account balances on-line, information can be viewed by date or tranaction type in either a detailed or simple statement. View account history and information, including the status of loans and mortgages, when it best suits your schedule.
  • Do it your way. When you transfer funds, make it happen now, at a future date or schedule them to recur at specific intervals. It's easy to move funds between your day-to-day accounts or special savings accounts, such as your vacation or children's education savings accounts. And, it's comforting to know your money is where it's needed most.
  • Take charge. When you pay bills on-line you can set up post-dated payments to hundreds of companies. There are no line-ups, stamps, or envelopes required. You can be certain bills are paid when they're due and not before.

The MemberDirect service gives you access to these capabilities and more 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

We walk you through the transaction process step by step. A few keystrokes and you can view your account history, pay bills, transfer funds and more.

To access the MemberDirect® service you will also need a Personal Access Code (PAC), which is provided by us. If you don't already have a PAC, please contact us.

Updated Security Feature for MemberDirect Online Banking

As part of our continuing commitment to cybersecurity, the reCAPTCHA safety feature has been updated for use with the MemberDirect digital banking system. Enhanced authentication practices are commonplace for online banking and e-commerce platforms, and login features will continue to evolve with advancements in technology. This feature confirms that members are human (and not a robot).

As this version of the reCAPTCHA feature runs in the background, there is no additional action required at login, unless it cannot identify whether you are a human or a robot. After you have entered your online banking information and clicked log in, there are two possibilities. Either you will proceed to the online banking page as normal or you will be given a group of images and be asked to identify and click on images that are being requested. In the example below, a member is asked to ‘Select all images with cars.’  In this instance, the member would select four images: the middle left and the three bottom images.



Once you have selected the images, press "Verify" (or "Next" if displayed). If all the required images were identified, the box will close, and you will be redirected to your Account. If you did not identify all the required images, you will be prompted to re-complete the process.
